Service Description

Yin Yoga is a slow paced class intended to stress the deeper tissues within the body. Deeper tissues, such as fascia, are vital to continued movement as we age. Poses are held from 3-5 minutes thus approximately 10 poses make up each Yin class. The practice includes a section of meditation and can be very relaxing - great for stress! Yin is wonderful way to counterbalance a regular yang (vinyasa) practice and our busy lives off of the mat. This is an all levels class.


Cancellation Policy

Customers may be subject to forfeit deposit if canceling less than 48 hours in advance.
